"Léa Renard (born in 1993 in Niort, France) is a contemporary ceramic sculptor. Her practice explores form, material, and surface through a playful yet rigorous approach, engaging with questions of transformation and perception.
After studying sociology in France and Germany, she trained at the Maison de la Céramique in Dieulefit (France), where she developed a strong relationship to glaze and firing processes as central elements of her sculptural language.

Since 2022, her work has been exhibited in several shows and major ceramic fairs across Europe. In 2025, she presented her first solo exhibition at the Maison du Potier du Fuilet (France). She was also selected for the International Ceramic Biennials of Andenne (Belgium) and Faenza (Italy), where she received the Under-35 Prize. This distinction led her to a residency at the MIC – International Museum of Ceramics in Faenza,
culminating in the solo show Double Jeu – Doppio Gioco.

In early 2026, she participated in a duo exhibition with Belgian ceramic artist Ann Van Hoey at Galerie de l’Ancienne Poste (Toucy, France).

Léa Renard lives and works in Crest, in the south of France."
